SHIPPING METHODS, TIMES AND COSTS

Order Management
All orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day, while those placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped within 48 hours.

At checkout, all shipping options available for your order and destination will be visible, with times and costs calculated based on your selection.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Italy – Standard Shipping
Delivery via UPS courier within 1–2 working days.
Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.
Shipping is always traceable.

European Union Countries – Standard Shipping
Delivery via UPS courier within 2–3 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

United States, Australia, Canada – Standard Shipping
Delivery via UPS courier within 3–6 working days.

The delivery times indicated are purely indicative and calculated from the time the order is sent. Millesime Srl is not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures or unfinished payments, but does everything possible to minimize them.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

There are no additional costs or customs duties for all orders shipped within the European Union. The item price and shipping cost include VAT and refer to the gross amount.

All shipments to non-EU countries are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item, as required by customs procedures.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied upon arrival in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer; Millesime srl is not responsible for any additional charges.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with a full refund of the order amount within 15 days of receipt.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at web@millesimecollection.com , including your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item.

If you'd like to return a product, you can submit a return request by logging into your customer account. Click https://shopify.com/94034592128/account to log in to your account, where you can easily and securely initiate the return process.

FAQ

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you don't receive your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at web@millesimecollection.com with your name and order number and we will investigate.

Cancel an order

If your order has not yet been prepared for shipment, it can be cancelled by writing to web@millesimecollection.com

If you cancel an order, you will receive a refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.

Refund and Return

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for unused items in their original condition and will refund the full order amount.
