How can I make a return?

Returns are the customer's responsibility . Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your returned order, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Is shipping free?

Italy

Standard shipping (2–6 business days) is free for orders of €149.00 or more. For orders under this amount, there is a flat rate of €6.90 .

European Union (EU)

Standard international shipping (4–9 business days) is free for orders of €200.00 or more. For orders under this amount, there is a flat rate of €19.99 .

USA and Canada

Standard shipping has a fixed cost of €22.90 .

Asia and the rest of the world

Standard international shipping (Australia, Hong Kong, Israel and other countries) has a flat rate of €39.90 .

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped yet. To do so, contact us at web@millesimecollection.com .

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking code via email. This will allow you to track your order.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking code to be available.
