Return Requests

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. A full refund of the order amount will be issued within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at web@millesimecollection.com, stating your order number and attaching a photo showing the condition of the item.

If you wish to return a product, you can submit a return request by logging into your customer account. Click on the URL https://shopify.com/94034592128/account to access your account (even without registration), by entering the email used during the purchase: from there you can initiate the return procedure simply and securely.
